The pricing plan has no free production tier. The signed 1.23.0 distribution requires an online entitlement before CLI, MCP, or Live compute operations execute. Trial keys can expire, consume a fixed number of operations, and limit installations; paid keys expire with their subscription and can be revoked.
The 1.23.0 binaries enforce this technical gate. Existing copies of 1.22.1 and earlier cannot be recalled, although their licence terms still apply. Source builds remain governed by EULA and the repository licence.
